Founder & TherapistRachelle (she/her/ella) focuses on cultivating positivity, strength, and resilience in her clients for a healthier lifestyle and well-being. She believes mental wellness involves balancing mental health, physical health, and a support system, emphasizing the interconnectedness of all aspects of oneself. Trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Rachelle blends various therapeutic models through a trauma-affirming lens to best fit her clients' needs. She has extensive training in trauma (e.g., sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking) and crisis management and works with adolescents, teens, and adults, including experience with Trans Care, polyamorous relationships, and the LGBTQIA community.
Rachelle provides an empathetic, collaborative, safe, and nourishing space for all to increase optimism and resiliency. She encourages and normalizes mental wellness through her work as a therapist and in the community. Rachelle earned her Masters in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology - Los Angeles Campus, and her Bachelors in Psychology at California State University, Northridge.

Jackie (she/her/ella) applies an intersectional lens to incorporate various parts of an individual's identity into a personalized treatment plan. Recognizing that communities of color have developed strategies of survival to endure marginalization and historical trauma, she uses this awareness to highlight their resiliency. Specializing in working with teens (ages 13-17), adults, and families, Jackie has experience with the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, offering an affirming outlook in a safe and caring environment. Her clinical expertise includes trauma, life transitions, and mood disorders, and she has been trained in the Nurturing Parenting Program and Triple P Parenting Teen to strengthen parent-teen relationships and family systems.Jackie provides a culturally relevant and compassionate approach, using play, art, and writing as therapeutic tools. She is trained in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and strength-based methods. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she focuses on leveraging clients' strengths to enhance their mental wellness and overall well-being.
